This is final article of the “100 sign up in a series”, if you’ve missed any of those, you can scroll down to the bottom and look for the “related posts section”. Ok, in this article, I am going to outline step by step tactics on what I did so that you can follow. To begin with, Let me draw you a picture, so that you can easily remember:

As you can see, in this Murraysecrets.com campaign, I basically send two teaser emails out of my list of subscribers 4 days and 2 days before launched about a guy named Mr. X was revealing his secrets (freely) of making $2517.82 in a week autopilot on September 19th. The emails basically said they can easily duplicate a system that allows them to make $2517.82 per week online on an autopilot. It then said the report was going to available on September 19th 09:00 EST and ended with a statement of scarcity “Stay tuned! (Mr.X may pull it out immediately from the market place to PREVENT saturation)” The emails actually was a pre-made by the site admin. But importantly, I followed exactly what he told me to do, and not wait till tomorrow where most people might forget.

Tactics #2: On the launch day, I split the list builders mentioned in the last posts (ViralURL, ListJoe, ListDotCom, ListAuction, various of Credit bases safelists such as GotsafeList, Adsolutionline, Adtactics, FreeSafelistmailer, EliteSafelist, etc) in half where the first half send directly to the murray secrets about a free report that they could download and other half to Reed Floren’s Rising Star Giveaway which also I added the campaign in the thank you page.

Tactics #3: Continue to find some list builders I could use and let me send email in the first place.
where I found BuildMyDownlines, ViralMoneyList, Downlinebuilder Direct.

Tactics #4: Continue remind my subscribers about the free report with 2 days apart, as you know email is often unreliable, and people may just busy with others things and they didn’t read the message.

Tactics #5: Continue invite members to JV giveaways, download my gifts, so that certain % of people who signed up will also signed up the murray secrets.

Tactics #6: use other forms of free advertising that includes forum marketing using the strategy I mentioned in part 5.

Other Strategies You Can Use
As you can there are some dotted lines in the above. Those strategies I did not use with the campaigns because of personal preference but I could direct the subscribers I’ve got from Murray Secrets, (Murray Secrets is a site using a concept of giveaway as well) where Henry Gold the site owner is giving away a free ebook in the purpose of selling his home study course, and also have a section of partner products download. As I joined the campaign as a partner, I set up a product which the site visitors can also downloaded for free. As usual they had to sign up to my newsletter before they could get the free product. At that point I could also send a JV giveaway gifts mailing to those group of people as well, so that, I could potentially get more sign ups to the murray secrets site as well.

A Final Word
I mean this is really no secret. Not something hard to achieve but you may also have listened to others people said, you need to stay focus, make a clear plan on what to do before actually doing anything, preserverance, finally and more importantly a strong desire of success. After that, success is drawing you near and near every day.

Last time, we talked about JV giveaways, credit based safe lists and list builders to get me 100 sign ups in a week, this time I want to show you another strategy that I used which was quite effective – forum marketing.

Remember, I was giving away a free report that show how a single man made $2000 per week online? If you have missed my previous posts, you can always scroll to the end of this page and noticed the “related post”, the system should be able to pick up the last few posts of the series.

This time, I located few online forums that the members have great interests on “make money online” and there were:

1. Digital Point Forums
2. DN Forum
3. Warrior Forum

Notice that DNForum is a premium forum where you have to pay a small amount of entrance fee and become an active member for life. For digital point, I think you have to make 50 post before you can use the advertising section. This all about contribution and helps prevent spamming. For warrior forums, there is no limitation I think, but I will strongly recommend you make at least 10-20 posts before you start advertise your offers will be a good rule of thumb. For this project, I will use Digital Point forum as an example. Here is a screen shot on what I posted:

This is the sample of the ad and I put this on “Freebies section” of the forum (see red circle in the picture below)

This ad, I had about 40+ responses in 2 weeks. So the secret basically is write a compelling subject by starting off something like: “Free Report – How To Get 1000 Backlinks Free In a Month”, “Free IPhone Wordpress themes” and so on will do the trick. In my case it was “Secret Report – $2517.82 Online Per Week Free!” Once you get the members to click on your post, use a bold, red color heading to catch your reader attention, “Discover How An 7-11 Workers Makes $2517.82 Per Week Online With His Websites and You Can Do it Too!” and follow by a brief explanation on what the report is about plus a short call to action statement that tell the readers on how to get the free report. This is important, you get the reader attention, you have to tell them what they have to do in order to get this report, right? Notice I used “PM Me NOW” with bold and underline text
with repeating twice and make sure the readers know what to do. This alone didn’t give me 40 sign ups, something needed to do extra is called “thread bumping” (note: this technique is NOT allowed in Digital Point Forum and if found, you will be banned for 1 week, I have been banned several times using this technique, so be ware!)

When posting on forums, one thing you need to know is the latest post always shows at the beginning of every page. For example:

when you compare both, you will see the post, “Find Out How Much Your Site is Worth” drop to the second place after a new post was posted on that section of the forum. One way to solve this problem is actually add an extra clause to our “call to action” “statement”:

As you can see in the above picture (black circle part) DNforum, I added “All You Have to Do Now is to Comment Here and PM me”. That way before the reader requested to get the report, the comment there and my post get bumped back to the first position. It’s ok as long as your post stay in first few pages of the section in the forum but if it gets too deep, just like when you try to find something in Google, you most likely don’t go beyond the third page of the results, i,e,
never to be found! So by adding this extra bit, your post will be read more often then if you are NOT doing it.

This is the third series of “how did get 100 sign up per week”, during last 2 series, I talked about the importance of building your own list and a secret weapon that most Internet marketers when come to so called “list building”.
