How Do You Rank Your Site in Google Local Domain?

This is a quite common questions that most webmasters asks. So how do you do that?
here are the few steps: (I am assuming you have a webmaster account) Watch the following video for explanation.
- Log on to Google Webmaster tools and if you haven’t got one, go to gmail.com and registered an account there for free.
- Once you have logged in, click on the domain you wish to associate a preferred location to it.
- click on the “Tools”, then “set geographic target”
- Click on the “ radio button
- Click on “Edit” and choose the location you preferred in the drop down menu
- Once finished click on “save”
- Now you have finished the set preferred ranking for particular location
- To ensure you’ve got top ranking for the location, gathering back links from the location you are interested.
