I will recommend you to choose ones that have sidebar widgets activate. These sidebar widget will help you quickly arrange the elements you wish to add on your wordpress. Things like adsense ads, email subscription box, feed burner subscription box, entrecard wideget, and MyBlogLog widget etc can easily add to the sidebar widget so that it can potentially drive more traffic to your site and/or earn more income.
